What document types does it read?

Any document type: PRL training certificates, TPC, medical fitness checks, liability insurance policies, PPE handover records, risk assessments, RNT and RLC, among others. The list of types is configurable, not fixed out of the box.

How does it decide if a document complies?

You write the rule in plain language — e.g. 'the TPC must be valid' or 'insured capital must be €600,000 or more' — and the system evaluates every document against that rule, with the exact reason for the failure and the evidence highlighted in the source document. If something stops complying later, it flags that too.

How does the contractor find out something is missing or wrong?

They get a direct notice with the exact reason, without anyone on your team writing the email. If they don't respond, the system reminds them again and escalates to the responsible person, instead of sitting in an inbox.

What happens if a document expires after being validated?

The validity date is recorded from day one, and the renewal notice fires before it expires, not after. That's the end of the parallel expiry spreadsheet.

Does site access depend on this?

Yes, if you configure it that way. Every contractor has a clear status (authorized, conditional or suspended) that can feed directly into the decision of who works on site, instead of sitting in a report nobody checks in time.

Within the EU, with self-hosting available in your own infrastructure if you need it. anyformat is GDPR and ISO 27001 compliant.
